By Vickey Lalwani, Mumbai Mirror | Aug 19, 2014, 01.23 AM IST

Chairperson of the Censor Board, Leela Samson, talks about the recent controversy, drawbacks in the system, and calls for a complete revamp.

Rakesh Kumar, CBFC CEO, has been accused of taking bribe of Rs 70,000 to clear a film from Chattisgarh, Mor Dauki Ke Bihav...

He wasn't the man for the job. However, the Ministry, in its wisdom, appointed him. I believe that he was under instructions in the changing political climate, not to refer either to me or the Board members, but to report directly to the I & B Ministry.
