Kargil, Mar 23: The All India Radio Kargil presented the final programme of a series of musical shows that ran for three months.
Playing important role in Kargil for the upliftment of the society since last few years, AIR Kargil organized a musical show programme (Sur Ka Milan) that ran for the last three months in which 25 young artists from all over the district participated. In the show, Kashmiri, Sheena and Balti songs were presented.
The last programme of the series was held in Auditorium Hall Kagil on the eve of Jashn-e-Nowroz which was attended by the DC Kagil Muhammad Sadiq Shaikh, who was chief guest, and SSP Kargil Sujjit Kumar, who was guest of honor.
The Station Director, Nissar Naseem welcomed the guests offering traditional Khatak.

People appropriated the mission of AIR Kargil and requested the authorities that such programmes be organized in open space.
