AIR to hold radio Prachar Sabha today

In a bid to promote listenership by sensitizing the people on the utility of AIR Broadcast, All India Radio (AIR) Hyderabad, will organise 'Radio Prachar Sabha (RPS)' at Bakaram village, Moninabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy district on Sunday. Speaking to newsmen here on Saturday Mangalagiri Aditya Prasad, deputy director general, AIR Hyderabad, said AIR observes Public Service Broadcasting (PSB) Day on November 12 all over India.

''We will sensitize people about AIR programmes and an interactive session will also be held with farmers to educate them about new cultivation techniques," he said.
