Doordarshan Causal and Contractors Employees Association (DC & CEA) Shimla, decided to withdraw the agitation as management of Doordarshan Kender Shimla conceded their demand after second round of talk held here last evening.
DC & CEA general secretary Anil Thakur said in a press statement issued here today that agitation began on October 14 and ended yesterday after second round of talk.
Deputy Director General of DDK Shimla Gowri Dutt Sharma conceded all demands of association as copy of demand charter submitted to him yesterday, Mr. Thakur said.
It had decided to retain all the causal on the old pattern.......................
