Three police dead as Maoists attack Doordarshan centre

Maoists targeting a public broadcast installation in Chhattisgarh attacked the transmission centre of Doordarshan in Bastar's Jagdalpur district, killing three police personnel and injuring one on Sunday morning.

The attack occurred at around 2am when the rebels barged into the Doordarshan premises, according to the police.
