As the lead singer of English group Radiohead, Thom Yorke has been connected to some of the most innovative, genre breaking music of the past two decades. Today you'll hear him with another hat on, that of lead singer of the group Atoms For Peace. The name's drawn from a track off Yorke's 2006 solo album Eraser, which in turn is lifted from a 1953 speech delivered by Eisenhower. Again the singer is joined by long time collaborator Nigel Godrich, although this time the producer takes up duties on stage on keys and guitar as well as behind the desk. In turn, they're joined by Red Hot Chilli Peppers bassist Flea, ex R.E.M. drummer Joey Waronker and Brazilian percussionist Mauro Refosco. You'll hear their first release, the track Default, toward the end of the show.

Also today some beautifully textured sound courtesy of Melbourne four piece All India Radio. And we begin with the retro jazz flavours of Mojo Juju, on her solo outing.
